First Class?

Grip socks are mandatory for all participants, ensuring safety and stability during your workout. If you forget your grip socks, don’t worry. We have them available for purchase. Please wear appropriate attire that allows for freedom of movement. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session. Water bottles are sold in the studio.

Schedule and Reservation

To reserve your spot, please make all reservations online through our website. This ensures a seamless booking process and guarantees your place in the class. Please note that all reservations are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who made the booking. Sharing or transferring your account or class reservation to another person is strictly prohibited. Pre-registration required to reserve your spot/Registration closes 1 hour prior to class start. No walk-ins.


Rescheduling

Please note that all purchases are final sale. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments through our secure platform. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before class.


Refund Policy

At Pilato, we are committed to providing straightforward and transparent purchasing options for our services. All purchases made at Pilato are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.


Pregnancy Policy

At Pilato, your safety and well-being are our top priority. If you are pregnant and entering or beyond your second trimester, we kindly require a doctor’s note confirming that you are cleared to participate in group Pilates sessions.

For more individualized support and modifications, we highly recommend booking private sessions, especially as your pregnancy progresses. Our instructors can tailor movement to your changing needs, ensuring a safe and effective experience. Please notify us of your pregnancy before class, even in the early stages, so we can best support you.

Purchases and Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your online account portal or by contacting us via email. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date.

For Annual Subscription contracts, a $200 early termination fee will apply if canceled before completing the agreed contract term.

Filming Policy

We do not discourage filming in class but please inform the instructor if you plan to film in class so they can inform the class. Please refrain from filming anyone but yourself in class so we can maintain a sense of privacy and focus on the class at hand.

Expiration and Subscription Renewal

ALL Pilates Group, Privates, and Duets expire 1-3 months after purchase. No exceptions, extensions, credits, and refunds.

Subscriptions cant be paused and unused classes for the month can not be transferred to the next month.
